Last night, 21 May, the #ZigZagHR ZoHRo Awards 2026 were presented at the Wintercircus in Ghent. The awards are a prestigious Belgian competition for HR professionals and leaders, recognising the most impactful innovations and talents within the HR sector.

From four nominees in the ‘Learnatic of the Year’ category, Mediahuis was chosen as the winner. This award recognises companies that use learning as a lever for agility. Companies that create space for further learning, reorientation and talent development so that employees and the organisation emerge stronger from change.
