Mediahuis has just acquired full ownership of 4 All Solutions NV, the company behind FORTISSiMMO, a CRM software package for the real estate business. At the same time, Mediahuis intends to take a controlling interest in the real estate platform Immo Proxio.
By acquiring 4 All Solutions, the Belgian-Dutch media group strengthens its position in the Flemish real estate classifieds market. With this acquisition, Mediahuis, which today already has the Max-Immo real estate software in its portfolio, becomes the clear market leader in the area of CRM software and website building for real estate professionals.
Over the past few years, the team behind FORTISSiMMO succeeded in developing the CRM software package into a reference on the property market by its innovative, versatile and user-friendly character. Mediahuis will make full use of this available expertise by deploying both FORTISSiMMO and Max-Immo to respond even more effectively to the questions and needs of estate agents.
Along with the acquisition of full ownership of 4 All Solutions NV, Mediahuis intends to take a controlling interest in Immo Proxio CVBA, known for the Immo Proxio real estate platform. This platform is solidly positioned in East and West Flanders, earning it a place in the Mediahuis portfolio alongside the well-known Zimmo real estate platform.
