Mediahuis, like a number of other Flemish media players, has signed the declaration of commitment to tackle cross-border behaviour within the media sector.
This statement, coupled with a concrete action plan, was drawn up with the Flemish media sector and Flemish Minister of Media Benjamin Dalle. The action plan includes numerous actions and responds to various forms of cross-border behaviour. The emphasis is on prevention, in which a strong focus is placed on the training of both confidential advisers and bystanders. Mediahuis also wants to be a company that offers a safe working environment for everyone. That is why it is important that everyone knows how to act when confronted with undesirable behavior.
